DescriptionJust Add Water...... The powers of the flying fish nicknamed by Legion fans as "Flotsam and Jetsam " were never shown. Since they were never depicted swimming and only as hovering or flying, I hypothesized that when they came in contact with water, they would transform "Hulk-wise " into a ferocious beast. I then stumbled across this comic cover in a Google search and BOOM !!! we had CHAPTER 4 of our tale.Kid Psycho gets to use his life-shortening powers to save the day for Pete Ross. Next time it will be a meeting between Superman's "BEST FRIEND " and Superboy's "BEST FRIEND " What could possibly go wrong there ? Joseph Mackie and Russ Payne really do a great job on this. Great idea to have them "Hulk-out" !!! Where's Aquarium Lad when you really need him ?? Yes, I just made him up. It seems Pete Ross has really had some ups and downs in the DCU. I hope he has a better fate in Infinite Timelines.

No Aquarium Lad but you do remind me that I need to incorporate "Devil-Fish " into Infinite Timelines somehow

Well, I've never heard of Freelance Blues, I never even thought about what powers Flotsam and Jetsam might have, and I never noticed that you haven't used Devil-Fish yet!

Funny you should mention that character. I just had my first Devil Fish commission delivered today ( one of five ) but he will be part of another tale featuring the Legion of Super-Pets ( and friends ) called Infinite Timelines : Beasts Of Burden
