DescriptionAmazing original art Page from Doc Savage #3 (1972, Marvel series) Published FEB, 1973. Pencils by Ross Andru, inks by Tom Palmer. From the 20 page Doc Savage story "DEATH IN SILVER" freely from the original story by Lester Dent (Kenneth Robeson).In this Last story page the bad guy eats cyanide pill and dies. Some tape on back securing the last panel to page. I loved this run and I'mparticularly happy to own this last page with this outstanding last panel. Social/Sharing |

Tom Palmer really emphasized Ross Andru’s pencils to the max. This too short-lived series is the best Doc Savage interpretation ever for me!
