X-Force (volume 3) #26 cover.

One of my "holy grail" pieces. I obtained this directly from the artist Adi Granov. As soon as I had an inkling of what this cover looked like I sought to obtain it. Adi Granov was a pleasure to communicate with and made it painless (other than my bank account ha-ha!). I was so pleased to meet him a few years ago at the NYCC and his lovely wife. He was very gracious and I am humbled to own this piece of beautiful art.

Although the importance attached to this issue with the ultimate sacrifice made by Nightcrawler for a "belief in Hope", my desire for this cover was the beautiful rendering of the White Queen and Hope and the emotion it evoked. The blood-stained clothes on the color cover are not really visible here and unnecessary to convey the feeling of loss and sadness in the hands of a true artist. I am eternally grateful to you Adi Granov.

Amazing cover to a huge piece of X history, huge congrats! This cover is so well done and captures the mood of the issue, it's heartwarming.
