Before I saw that the inspriation came from Iron Man 96, I thought maybe it was from some Silver Surfer or some other cosmic Marvel comic so I guess I totally whiffed on that one. (On the other hand, I'm not surprised to see that one half of "Gemini," Al Milgrom, was involved.) Love the (more) fun feeling Pete Ross, Insect Queen and the Subs bring to your covers.

It has been fun doing a "lighter " Legion story. We are almost finished, with just two weeks to go. Next one up is Infinite Timelines : Crimes & Consequences featuring Cosmic Boy and others going up against the Legion. It is a 50 part story, so I will up my game and post two "covers" a week, to move the story along. Searching out covers is so much fun and the more unusual the cover, the happier I am.

Great motive. Joseph Mackie totally captures the spirit of the legion. I would have loved a run of him during the 70ies.

The sweater vest is indeed, timeless. I like how the other 4 characters are integrated into the background.
