Description

We all know the impact that paper drives during World War had on Golden age comics. As such I thought it would be fun to pick up some original art for public service ads promoting collecting paper for the troops during World War 2.

These were done for the Chicago Tribune New York Daily News syndicate and distributed all over the country.While strips I thought they best fit the Golden Age age keepers gallery.

There are 4 total- so sit back and enjoy while patriotic Jack and Jean pile up that paper and insure that things like comic books become valuable commodities in the future!
