Description

Jack Kirby and Frank Giacoia - Captain America Annual #3 Story Page 7 Original Art (Marvel - 1976).

Captain America and Jim Hendricks meet "The Thing From the Black Hole Star". Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Signed by Kirby in the last panel.

Capitan America e Jim Hendricks incontrano "La cosa dal buco nero!". Capitan America, oltre ad essere uno dei primi personaggi Marvel, � il primo supereroe creato da Kirby nel 1941, di conseguenza gli originali sono tra i pezzi pi� ambiti da noi collezionisti, soprattutto quelli della silver-age (ormai fuori portata!). Questa storia, inedita in Italia fino al 1991, venne proposta all'interno del n.6 di Star Magazine della Star comics.
Tavola di dimensioni 40 x 28 cm. Firmata da Kirby nell'ultimo pannello!

Eh già, una bella Kirby supereroistica non poteva mancare nella tua collezione. Solo che adesso sei su una brutta strada: vorrai anche F4, Thor, Hulk, X-Men... :) Scherzi a parte, complimenti per lo splendido acquisto!

Gorgeous Captain America page from the legendary Jack Kirby! Love how Kirby tells the story here visually! That lower left hand panel is fantastic! The whole page is beautifully inked by the fabulous Frank Giacoia!
