Description

Joe Quesada made his long-awaited return to the drawing board after nearly four years for a very special and very personal DD tale.

For the first time writing AND illustrating, DD legend Quesada crafts a mystery set during the deadliest heat wave in NYC history. Beautiful inks from Danny Mikki complementing his art!

Synopsis for "Chapter One: Father's Day"

DD spends Father's Day thinking about his history with his dad; Matt takes the case of a woman who believes the electric company caused her to get cancer; A killer strikes.

A serial killer is on the loose pushing a city already past its breaking point over the edge, and Daredevil must battle the heat and fear to keep a crumbling Hell's Kitchen together� by any means necessary!

Thank you, but this isn't the one that you owned. I bought this from Joe directly a few years ago. The one that was previously sold was the unpublished cover. This is the actual published cover.

I'm going crazy! Nick, these Daredevil Father pieces are grails!!! I love Quesada's big and bully style on this run! Can't get why his art is so underrated. He's a master. Congrats

Awesome piece! When this was first published I was surprised by DD's proportions, but soon realized that his look matched his mindset in the story. Great example of a very singular vision of the character by one of the great modern era artists in Quesada.
