DescriptionThis is where we get a glimpse of an earlier Colossus in a memory sequence, when Jean enters Colossus' mind, despite warnings from the other X-Men. Here, Colossus/Peter is discovered in bed with another man by his father, who is unaccepting of his homosexuality. Colossus then meets with the Russian mob to accept a deal to join them, since he no longer has a home to return to. They no longer have an offer for him, after finding out his powers are restricted to just turning his skin to metal, but without any added physical strength. Instead, they strike a deal to take him in, if he agrees to go on "banshee" to power him up beyond his natural mutation. This page is pen and ink, only, by Jaime Mendoza, over printed blue line copy of Mark Brooks' penciling.Social/Sharing |
