DescriptionThe last page of the book. More walking around and more discussion between Lois & Clark regarding the future of our planet and their own.This page is actually the more (surprisingly) daring of the book as they address their possible parenthood (see how they are looking at playing children in panel 2?). This page alone makes the book worth reading (imho) for its intelligent writing by Roger Stern (isn’t that a redundancy?). To avoid any possible spoil, I will leave you to it (if you haven’t read the book) and to make your own opinion as how DC Comics is dealing with its own continuity on that topic (not that I care much about continuity as a restrictive entity on creativeness). So this is that. I hope you enjoyed the show. I will conclude by saying that the utmost force of these prelims by Mr Gammill is that you really can “read” the full story if you look at them in order and pay attention to what’s on the page. You can really easily build the story mentally and add your own writing, dialogues and captions just by looking at the prelim pages. Which is a true testament to Mr Gammill’s incredibly fluid storytelling abilities. Social/Sharing |
