Description

This Sunday page features Tarzan courageously interposing himself between Dr. Harper and the snarling Gorilleopard that towers over him. Tarzan stabs the creature in its heart but, instead of dying, it grasps him with its leopard claws. The bloody knife flies from his grasp as it’s instinctually caught by the startled Dr. Harper in mid-air. Roy Thomas's story line stays close to the original ERB version.
