The Spirit series from DC was great, and for Will Eisner week, just want to showcase a 2 page spread from Moritat that I got a while back that I absolutely love.

Angel Smerti has delivered The Spirit into the deadly grasp of the Octopus, and the only one who can save him is… Angel Smerti?! Can The Spirit possibly warm her icy heart with a knife pressed against his throat?

ps - naming Will writer in, um, Spirit.
