Description

Whether you know him as Bill Elder, Will Elder, or even "Sergeant" Elder (as he signed this piece), there is no doubt that he was one of the Maddest of the Mad-men! And with Harvey Kurtzman providing the story, you know this parody of the TV Series Dragnet is going to be arresting. (Someone should have been arrested, that's for sure.) In fact, it was so funny, that the team produced a second Dragnet parody... with the same story title "Dragged Net!" in issue #11. That's just the facts, Ma'am.
