Description

This is the sixth page from an eight page back-up story written by Mike Mignola and drawn by Troy Nixey, entitled "The Gasworks." The story was later reprinted in Batman: Black and White Volume 3.

In the story, Batman is poisoned with a fear inducing hallucinogenic gas. He manages to turn the tables by removing the gas mask of one of his assailants. In an ironic twist of fate, the now drugged and terrified villain leaps through a window to escape, causing him and his partner to fall to their deaths as the injured Dark Knight can only look on.
