DescriptionSUPERGIRL and BRAINIAC COMMISSION by AL PLASTINO (2013)Al Plastino was a guest at my 2013 Florida Supercon convention in Miami. Prior to the event, I asked him to do a commission for me of Supergirl and Brainiac-5. While he knew Brainiac since he co-created him, he asked me who Brainiac 5 was. I told him it was her boyfriend from the future. I assume he just figured that Brainiac-5 looked just like Brainiac and came up with this. I never told him it was off, and this is one of my favorite pieces in my collection. I just figure it's from the pages of a long lost imaginary story where Brainiac and Supergirl fall in love and he changes his ways for her :) Social/Sharing |
