Description

Part 1 of the long-reaching Doug Moench story arc entitled "Knightfall", that ultimately saw Bane break Batman's back and set up the Azrael-Batman story arc. Kelley Jones' art is breathtaking. No one else does the shadows in Batman's cape like that. Rich, detailed work with great shadows and dynamic energy. Rendered in ink over graphite on DC cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15".
