DescriptionDescriptionCharles Schulz: Original "Peanuts Daily Comic Strip" featuring Snoopy as the Flying Ace. Dated 6-28 (1968) in the first panel. Hand-signed in the last panel. Rare large style format 7.5 x 28.5 inches This was given to Schulz' friend, actress, Chanin Hale and is signed to her by Charles Schulz in the top border. The strip is mounted on an 8.5 x 29.25 inch thick artist board and was matted and framed for many years. Schulz's hand-written dedication in the top border reads: "For Chanin with friendship and every best wish - Sparky" (Charles Schulz). Dimensions 6.5 x 28.5 Artist or Maker Charles M. Schulz Medium Ink on Bristol Board Date 06-28-1968 Condition Report Fine. There is a thin vertical line/fold between the second and third panels which is typically found in his daily comic strips.
