Description

Every once in a while, you hear a story of an opportunity lost. Andrea Di Vito was slated to be the artist for Marvel's Spiderverse series. He had actually finished the first cover of the series, before editorial "made a change in direction". I was even more disappointed to learn of this story, after seeing the pencils that Andrea had created, for the original cover.

Spectacular cover image! I saw this online before. As a Spidey fan, it's so impressive and it's mind boggling that it wasn't published. This is so much better than some other covers that made it to print. Congrats on a really great acquisition!
