Maris Wicks did this sketch as part of her promotions for her new book Astronauts: Women on the Final Frontier. Anyone who bought the book could request a bookplate with a space-themed sketch and signed by both her and the writer Jim Ottaviani. Maris does cool science themed comic books, her next is about a research project in which she participated in Antarctica. Seek them out at your local comic shop or independent bookstore.
