Description

"Swanderson" will always be my most favorite Supes' art team and I loved this weird story when I also was a kid that collected Superman stuff (and still do :) like the poor boy on this issue's fanboy-favorite cover ! I also just re-read this highly entertainig issue - "The TV Show That Menaced Metropolis!" has an extremely realistic story: while Superman is busy tracking down giant killer white blood cells (!!) terrorizing Metropolis, a desperate SF-TV-show actor sets up a gullible fan (a kid with a terrible desease that never was allowed to leave home in his entire live) to assassinate his bed-ridden rival actor ! 1970s Superman craziness still rules !
