Description

Just look at this beast of an illustration. Talk about a truly organic Swamp Thing. I was excited to see Jim�s list open up and even more excited to see the result of the amazing requests he got, everything from bands to beasts.

I gave him AC and just let him do his thing and as you can see, no regerts.

There is so much to absorb in this piece, and the scan doesn�t do it justice at all. Texture/line/color/screen tones collide and sing and dance together. It�s got a crazy energy to it - it almost vibrates.

This is a great Swamp Thing! It's really fun watching Jim work in real time and all the craziness that pours out in the process.

That is astonishing! Fabulous use of color, texture, splattr, zipatone... It has a little bot of everything, and I would wager you find (or fixate) on something different every time you look at it (which I hope is very, very often :) )! Outstanding commission. "Artist's Choice" is sometimes really the ONLY choice. :) Mega-swampy-congrats!

One of Mahfood's best IMO. I'm not sure I "get" his work all the time so for me there are pieces that are hits and and there are those that are misses, more so than with other artists. Big hit here, man. Congrats!
