Maguire was fantastically talented. Great example of his later work and just as beautiful as his early work.

What is most interesting about Maguire is how he uses detail- foreground is incredibly painted in detail the figures i nthe background are really minimal- he does this on a regular basis going back to his earlier work like the cover I have of the blonde with the gun. It is an interesting approach and adds to the impact of his best art..
