Description

this was the first "story-line" from the long run of Charles Adlard on the X-files Topps 90s comic book.
The great success of the Fox series X-files in the 1990s convinced its creator Chris Carter to accept a comic series with completely original stories - in some cases even more exciting than the telefilms themselves - which soon met the favor of the public and became one of the best-selling titles of the moment. The first numbers also reached very significant values on the collectible comic market. A Season One series was added to the series of unpublished advantages, also in "paperback" format, which also reproduced in Grafic Novel format the same stories of the TV series, created by other designers. The graphic creator of the main series was until number 28 Chalie Adlard - who later became famous for his The Walking Dead. Charles would also later draw three special issues in "digest" format. Already in these early works you could see his particular style of him on the edge of the "underground" which suited the spirit of the series very well. Dark, nocturnal, claustrophobic and surreal atmospheres that well interpreted the times of the Plot, the Mystery and the Supernatural, main themes of the series.
