DescriptionAnother re-post, sorry for the indecision.The Dark Judges story made a big impression on me as a kid. I remember buying an Eagle reprint of this story at the old Forbidden Planet on the West side of Broadway in NYC. The art just blew me away, I loved the story and the possession of Judge Andersson scared the heck out of me. Since then I've always liked Anderson more than Dredd. It was a hobby goal to have a page from this story. Thank you very much Joseph. In that same trip I bought my first issue of Nexus and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I probably capped this off with a stop at the bagel place on the East side of Union Square before taking the M7 bus all the way home. Pretty awesome to be a free range kid in NYC back in the 80s. This page was on my radar, too. :) It's lovely, and how can you beat Dredd, Anderson and the Dark Judges? Gorgeous Bolland work. The detail is just incredible. Big congrats!

I so love panels five and eight. I thought long and hard about this when it was first available and lack of cash prevented me. Its a beautiful page, from, what to me, is his finest hour in comics.

A fantastic page with tons of contrast. I find the jokey rendering/lettering with the can of BOING eye catching and memorable, and of course great shots of Anderson, Dredd and the Dark Judge.

Mind-blowingly cool Brian Bolland page! Beautifully composed, masterfully rendered and memorable as hell, especially that final, jaw-dropping image of the possessed Judge Andersson!

Scatchamagowza!! What an incredible treasure of a page. Truth be told, I've, uh... never read this story. I know!! What a maroon! I'm working to rectify that right now, before I'm judged and found lacking (too late!!). What a beautiful, beautiful page, with such incredibly gorgeous linework... Fantastic pick up, Yo! Congrats!
