The original drawing for the Magic the Gathering Kaldheim set of Egon, God of Death.

Egon is a nasty fellow that has Deathtouch. His card reads "At the beginning of your upkeep, exile two cards from your graveyard. If you can't, sacrifice Egon and draw a card."

Egon, ages backward, his wisdom soured by youthful spite.
