Description

I recently acquired all of the original art for the Stephen Fabian - Queen of the Black Coast Portfolio, published by the House of Fantasy Bookstore in 1976. They produced 1000 signed and numbered sets of this portfolio and I will be adding the original art for all eight plates (which includes this title page original art) and the wrap around painting as I get them scanned. This portfolio illustrates the Conan story "Queen of the Black Coast" by Robert E. Howard, and is some of Stephen Fabian's best work.

One of the first portfolios I ever bought back in the Stone Age (and I wish I hadn't spent so much money on portfolios!)
