Description

Rune debuted in a series of eleven 3-page sequences published in the following Ultraverse books - SLUDGE #1, PRIME #5, NIGHT MAN #1, HARDCASE #5, FREEX #4, PROTOTYPE #3, STRANGERS #5, EXILES #3, FIREARM #2, MANTRA #4 and SOLUTION #2.

Each issue also included a coupon that could be collected with the others and sent in to redeem a stand-alone book that compiled all eleven 3-page sequences into one stand-alone book - RUNE #0.

BWS Rune was something else. The masterful lines are so cool to see, with the shading/light sourcing done with line frequency, and that wonderful musculature. And what a great image, too. That pose is perfect. Big congrats!
