DescriptionI can barely even recall this issue...something about the Norn Stones and of course The Hood and Madame Masque really shouldn't be trusting Loki here. Ha ha, not a memorable issue by any measure but some great art in it. Got this one very early in the collection not long after my very first page (also by Stuart and Wade) and still love those stark blacks and glaring light.Social/Sharing |

The light source of that first panel is a wonderful draw to the rest. I narrowly recall this issue myself as the series had come such an epic way of progress.

This all villains page is very cool! The Hood regains his powers that originally helped him lead the breakout and unite the villains on the Raft. The Hood has all the villains on his side to defeat the Avengers and the Government needs Norman Osborn's Dark Avengers more than ever!

Immonen really knows how to bring drama to a page. Loki is the star of this for me. Such a cool page! Huge congrats!

Thanks, Loki ensures it loops into the rest of the collection and it's a great version too

Dramatic staging, beautiful lighting source, impeccable execution in the inking - what a wonderful page! At first I thought Loki's hand was on The Hood's right shoulder, subtly pushing him even closer to this new temptation / "gift", all the while she leans in even closer to the forbidden fruit herself... but then I saw it was just the folds of his cloak... Ah, well - still spooky and dangerous, and I love that even Madame Masque is hearing the siren call of the gems here, while not fully embracing the moment. Although not usually known for her good judgment, to her credit you can see she clearly is not quite as trusting in this moment as Parker Robbins is... This art team never fails to impress and delight. Congrats on this striking beauty!

Awesome storytelling in a splash! Love how the lighting effect is rendered, and check out the expressions on Loki and RH - great stuff. CongratsQ!
