Here's the final page of the 4 page Comic Book vs. Comic Strip feature from Cracked Magazine #307.

Sylvester P. Smythe was the Cracked Magazine janitor and mascot. The joke is that you'd have expected him to face off against Mad Magazine's similar mascot, Alfred E. Neuman, as opposed to Alfred the butler.
