This is 70's comics imagery gone wild and even at the expense of the storytelling as the left side looks to be a montage connecting everything, but the pesky top right panel and it's dialogue was needed to transition and introduce Saint George on the lower left. Still, look at all the great visuals of action, setting, and the great center of the page face. It looks towards the fighting, but in the back of the mind was a lot of dialogue and story.
