Description

Been on the hunt for a hawkman page from rags and Bair�s seminal modern run with Johns on writing duties . Rags command of anatomy and the striking inks by bair really make this powerful image sing . It says everything one needs to know about the character. Tough, commanding, and battle ready . I love the detail on the mask and armor really giving weight to a magnificent costume design .

It's a clean detailing job as Hawkman looks so preened even with so much damage inflicted upon him. This splash shows his commanding presence as he takes charge.

I can almost hear the glass grinding in the wounds. Fantastic detail! This is a spectacular Hawkman splash, with perfect pencils and inks. You're the boss, dude. No one is going to argue with you, Mr Hawkman sir. What a great score. Soaring congrats!
