Description

This jam took 9 years roughly to finish. Started off with Kerry Gamill and Jon Bogdanove in 2012, Dan Jurgens in 2015, then Tom Grummett in 2017, followed by inks by Jerry Ordway in 2018, along with Butch Guice, and then finally, Karl Kesel in 2020 and Brett Breeding in 2021.
A lot of memories tied to this piece, chief among them the many hours in the backseat of my dad�s car, reading the TPB over and over again, which is what this jam piece is based on.
Thanks to all the friends who took it to various cons to finish it off, friends who got me in touch with artists that were hard to reach, Superman editor Mike Carlin for giving me suggestions on how to finish this off, and for the artists who graciously took their time to contribute to the piece.
