DescriptionFilled with cool Kirbyesque machinery against the grandeur of outer space, this page actually depicts the Human Torch, temporary Herald of Galactus, trying to get the Devourer of Worlds to tell him where the restroom is on his spaceship, in Mike Wieringo's penciled page for this opening installment of the story "Rising Storm" from 2005's FANTASTIC FOUR 520. Damn, Wieringo was good. Can't believe he's been gone for 14 years now. This page and the others you posted are excellent!

The huge scale of Galactus is shown with immense amount of pencil details that has a gravitational pull to the audience! Wieringo pulled out all the stops to bring a renewed sense of joy into the title.
