Description

This weekend I met Kevin Lenagh at a small comic show, who is the artist and creator of the 80's indie comic Domino Chance. I have probably seen back issues of this title in dollar (or quarter) boxes for years and never thought much about it. Kevin had some art for the series for sale and I picked some pieces up.

I think for a B&W indie comic from the 80's the art is pretty solid and has that late 70s early 80s feel to it. I don't think any art from this series has been released so I was happy to support the artist and pick up a few pieces.

This piece is for a promo poster done in the 80s and it is slightly oversized.

80's indies are rare since they were mostly short lived and the cult following comes after they've been in collected through dollar boxes. The art is a good score as the age and rarity combine for a cool factor.
