DescriptionOne of my favorite Dueling Dealers buys ever. Quite large, almost 19 inches across - the characters are like action figure size. It's almost a bizarro Darrow in how large it is with so little overt detail (vs many of this other pieces crammed tight), but I tell you, the detail is still there, devilishly skillful and shockingly simple. A great example is how Spidey's costume fits him around the feet. There is a soft pajama feel there that's incredibly well executed.Social/Sharing |

A Spider web thread count of 200 or more will make it a much durable weave than one from a cotton pillow. The weave is much denser and less prone to damage from Deadpool's bullets. A crisp and compact Spidey pillow with 200 thread count percale will never disappoint you with its durability, comfort, and support.

Amen. Way more relaible than paying a flash in the pan using triple pick insertion to jump up the theoretical quality, but which in reality is too tight to breathe well. A slow, steady pace will beat an autoloom for eye-feel any day.

Super! The poses are spot on --- you can tell who the characters are by posture alone. Spidey's costume is as credibly rendered here as any superhero drawing I can think of. Darrow always presents a crazy mix of absurd fantasy and hyperrealism

I almost pulled the trigger on this one and I still don't have a Darrow in my collection. Great pick up for sure and I am very jealous. The poses are very action figure-esque, and Darrow is at his usual best with minimal, simple but perfectly executed detail. Congrats!

It's really cool to see Darrow doing mainstream superhero characters. I have to admit, I was very surprised when this one wasn't IMMEDIATELY claimed in the first second it appeared. It sure seemed cheap for what it is!
