Classic title splash! Love that swingin' Spidey. Hard to top as a Mooney example! Congrats, David!

Nice dynamic title splash, with a very fluid figure of Spidey in full swing. Moody Mooney pencils and great inks from Springer. I've never seen a book page layout on the back of a title splash either. That's an interesting bonus - thanks for sharing the scan of that too.

Very nice splash. I know I had this issue back when it was hot off the presses, but I could tell you very little about it today. So cool that back image. What does the writing say above it? Anything neat?
