Description

I can remember exactly where I was when I bought this comic. The first issue of Wstern Gunfighters tthat featured a new western character, the Gunhawk. Coming in on the tail end of the trail for Marvel westerns the character never really took off and in later issues the powers that be made him look more like Clint Eastwood’s man with no name character. Later on they even changed his name to Bountyhawk.
That said I opened the cover and saw this great splash page. I never thought I would have the privilege of owning it. Thanks to Saul from Kirby art for parting with it.
