A fun homage by Andy to both my favourite Doctor Who story of the Seventies, and also the Target book covers of yesteryear.

That pointillism art is spot on for a classic Tom Baker Doctor and the Egyptian theme of the story. Composed in a waht that fits the mid 70's paperback style.
