Addams Family cartoon first appeared on page 41 of the April 8, 1950 issue of The New Yorker magazine and was subsequently published on page 51 of the Addams compilation book titled Monster Rally from Simon & Schuster, published in 1950.

Not sure how I missed these - as was following at heritage. congrats on a fun Fester pick up! Young folks like me - may not know but back before the interwebs - you could re-set your watch/clocks by calling to get the time. Addams Forever!

Congratulations on another terrific piece by one of the masters of dark humor! I especially like the lighting on this one and the partially opened handbag is a great touch... I wonder who he is planning on delivering this package to???
