DescriptionHistoric finale end page in the Phalanx Covenant story arc....made more historic as it is a 1st app of Blink and the Generation X team page as well.Let's not dismiss the great line work and beauty of the character faces drawn by Joe. Love how Blink is referred to as "Ms. Ferguson" in the bottom panel. Got this signed by Scott Lobdell (writer) when he came to Honolulu Comic con back in 2018. **CAREFUL*** Scott mimics Stan Lee and will sign over drawn art..... Social/Sharing |

Great early Madureira page . Agreed his lines are fantastic but justice should be rendered to inker extraordinaire Dan Green, a true unsung hero of the X-Men franchise in the '80s and early '90s

Congrats on the early Joe Mad page! I like how you can see his style developing, but it hasn't fully evolved into the style he would have by the end of his run on Uncanny. Joe can draw action scenes with the best of them, but that first panel shows that he's no slouch at depicting emotion as well.

Very cool seeing these '90s Joe Mad X pages here on CAF, and here, introducing Blink! Definitely one of the coolest characters in terms of story, design, and powers, to come from the time. Congrats, Jordan!
