Fantastic page (page 35 of the 2nd part - final page of the story) by one of the Italian Disney Masters, Giovan Battista Carpi, for one of my favorite stories, “Paperopoli liberata”. The story has been published at least 33 times in 14 countries (for the first time in Italy in Topolino #598/599) most importantly to me in the German Lustige Taschenbuch No.18 (1971)…

The first panel of Scrooge is a great image and pushes the range of emotion further for the character.
