Danger Mouse was a British cartoon that had a comic adaption in the "Look In",and just Look at that fabulous art by Arthur Ranson as he was a great choice to draw the strip I think.

Buried in my memories is this show in syndication back in the 80's. Never seen the comic before, but this lines up with the eyepatch, the crow, and the weird contraptions with pipes and levers. Very cool color piece that would hold a lot of nostalgia for those growing up with Danger Mouse.
