Arcade played himself and broke his own heart. Bolton lays down some great screentone as Arcade finally sees through his own mirage. Great storytelling see the broken bodies and Arcade's broken soul that drives him.

The Bolton backup stories in Classic X-Men were some of the best mutant stories of the 1980s. His work on those stories were powerful, as evidenced here.
