Picked this one up a while back .. (cleaning out the to new posted file before the end of the year) I was looking for a nice Ed Mcguinness piece - and a friend offered me this one and I was all over it.. Storm and Nightcrawler in classic costumes and a half splash! Perfect page for me and a great example.

Storm is such a hottie with her headdress and her original costume. McGuinnes and Vines bring those classic costumes with a fine touch.

Harkens back to the classic days of the X-Men. This was overall an enjoyable series that showed that it's still possible for Marvel to do an X-book that captures the essence of what made the X-Men so popular in the first place.

classic characters, classic costumes, a great quiet/intimate scene. this has everything you want in a panel page. Storm looks GORGEOUS too. congrats Jason !

McGuinness's Nightcrawler is tops, and his Storm ain't too bad either! I asked him once who were some of his favorite characters to draw and right away he said "Nightcrawler. His design is perfect." Don't disagree! Congrats!
