Description

This is a great 8 x 10 inch pencil sketch of DC Comics' Supergirl and her cousin Superman by legendary artist Jim Mooney. I always loved Mooney's rendition of Supergirl and the inclusion of Superman is a nice bonus. Plus, Mooney used his old style signature. He used to sign it a lot on his Humorama work, but I have rarely seen it on superhero drawings.

This has the classic charm of his Supergirl stories with innocent stories that endeared her to us.

No one could draw Supergirl like Jim Mooney. An amazing acquisition of a DC master artist.
