Description

A superb series by top-notch talent. Written by Jim Starlin, Cosmic Odyssey gave Mike Mignola the opportunity to shine with his interpretation of Jack Kirby's New Gods. Inked by Carlos Garzon, each page is very well designed and, IMHO, still stands as one of the best mini-series of all time. Featuring Metron and his Mobius chair. Large art on DC board. Clean and bright, some blue line editorial marks.

Classic late 80's Mignola as he was cranking up the style we would come to think of as his most memorable. Every Cosmic Odyssey page brought new values to comic artwork and pumps up the energy for discovery of a new vision. With the high quality, it put a final nail into house styles and opened up the 90's.
