A page here from Inhumans volume 4. Volume 2 was Paul Jenkins/Jae Lee, volume 3 a four issue mini-series by Marin/Ladronn.
Volume 4 is an attempt for New Mutants/Teen Titans type book, focusing on some of the younger, recently Terrigen Misted Inhumans (introduced magnificently in the Jenkins/Lee run) and adding a few more to the group. The group take part in an exchange program of sorts, enrolling at a US University. I believe this page is when they find out the have to go.

Bonus: The school they attend is The University of Wisconsin-Madison, my alma mater. I was actually as student when this book was published. Sadly I never saw the Inhumans on campus.

I don't know much about Matthew Clark, but I find this page totally beautiful.
The cathedral detail, Tonaja spreading her wings in panel 2, the Gorgon/Lockjaw Cameo, the group shot at the bottom with Nahrees popping out. It all works. The architectural detail is amazing, as are the varied, detailed character expressions.
