Description

Vic Herman is best known for his Winnie the Wac cartoons done during WW2 - he had a long career that included doing a post war Winnie as a waitress in comic books, lots of gag cartoons, TV and advertising work . This is a gag cartoon preliminary from the WW2 era about 8 1/2 by 11 on paper- some folds from mailing.
