DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!5.75x17" artboard has pen and ink original art for Oct. 8, 1948 daily strip. Strip features art by Murphy Anderson, who worked on Buck Rogers from 1947-1949 and again 1958-1959. Strip features three illustration panels and shows Buck Rogers and Feather in second and third panels, discussing Earth's "Bomb-Busters" atomic bomb defense system seen in first panel. Second panel has been signed by the artist and has John F. Dille Co. copyright strip at bottom. Top margin has some blue pencil editorial notations. Bottom margin has been inscribed "Really Great Finally Meeting You, Gene! Best Always, Murphy Anderson - 3 Oct 93." Vertical fold between second and third panels as mailed. Art remains clean and Exc.
