DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!11x16.25" comic artboard has pencil original art by Kevin Maguire and inks by Terry Austin. Published by Marvel May 1987. Art is for Justice League Vol.1 #1 page 18 from the story "Born Again" by Keith Giffen and J.M. DeMatteis. The nine panel page shows Dr. Kimiyo Hoshi (Dr. Light) being invited to join the re-formed Justice League by Maxwell Lord. Issue #1 was Lord's first appearance and this flashback page would be his first chronological appearance in the timeline (albeit only seen in the fringes of the panels) and third page in issue that contained character. DC ©1987 stamp on back. Lt. aging/handling wear. Top has slight trim and lt. tan stain. Signed by Giffen and Austin. Overall VF. Social/Sharing |
