Garth Williams. Original Water on Paper, painted over printed blueline text, SIGNED by Garth Williams in full signature. 9.25" X 22"

More Information:

Two-page spread. Watercolor on thick paper with printed blueline text, outlines, and detail, measuring approximately 9.25 x 22 inches. Signed in full by Garth Williams at bottom right, with his notations. Publisher info on verso "Chicken Book, Copyright 1946 by Garth Williams...." Near fine.

PROVENANCE: The art was purchased from an auction house, who in turn acquired these pieces direct from the estate of Garth Williams. Each piece is an original and sold directly from his estate. A copy of the original invoice will be included with each piece, and will provide both provenance and authenticity for the art.

The art is in excellent condition and would be stunning framed.
